We haven't taken BART since the boys were babies, so this was a lot of fun for them!

Carnegie Motorcyle Track

Brian and his mom took all three kids to Carnegie. 

Moss Beach Tide Pools

We had a great time visiting Moss Beach, note the starfish below Carson in one picture.  The kids enjoyed the sea anenomes (I like to think of them as the ocean's version of a Venus Fly Trap) and trying to find starfish.  We also found a very active and large crab, see video. 

Library Field Trip

Best part of the field trip: Getting a look at the book sorting machine in the back room.  Very cool stuff.  Reese and I had a great time, the kids toured the library, checked out books and enjoyed being out of school for a few hours!

More Birthday fun

Noelle and Carson received a package in the mail from Uncle Dan, Aunt Jami and their cousins.  What a fun surprise!  Here are Carson and Reese working on these Star Wars coloring pages.  They are double sided and they came with a bunch of different Star Wars pictures, and the neat thing about them is that you rinse them with water, dry and then can color all over again!  Thank you cousins!!  I did not get pics of Noelle with her new artsy projects, because she immediately disappeared into her room with them.

Here is our Halloween crew.  Uncle John decided to dress up too this year, so that he wouldn't have to steal any of the kids candy.  Unfortunately that means we have MORE candy this year than usual.  Gizmo and Luna received new costumes, at $2.97 each, how could I resist?  And if you know Gizmo, the devil costume is PERFECT for him.
